How can I get the bands to stop sliding down when doing the tricep press with the white band?

I recommend keeping your shoulders back. This helps keep the band in place. If you are pushing forward and your shoulders start to round, it makes it easy for the band to start sliding down.

It will also help to make sure that you keep constant tension on the band during the exercise. If you let the tension out of the band, it can allow the band to slip down.
